There are few things I enjoy more than getting to create or revitalize a brand, its name and its tone.

A lot of my creative direction consists of making sure talented designers have a clear brief and the information, time and space they needed to do their thing, with little nudges along the way.

BUDERFLYS

I worked with Buderflys from their earliest stages. Helping with their go-to-market strategy, designing the site (through Shopify) and writing most of the copy.

A CLIENT THAT CAN’T BE NAMED, LITERALLY

The following is a project that we embarked on to find a moniker for a client. The main challenge was working with the trademark lawyer, as this operation was planning to trade in 10+ verticals under the one name. Writing these to help give life to our proposals was fun. Last I heard, they were still nameless.

EXPOSURE LABS - NEW BRANDING

The film and impact production company behind Chasing Ice and Chasing Coral came to us to re-envision their brand. Their old mark wasn’t restrained, so it was difficult to reproduce on different materials, and was lacking a simple, bold mark.
The designer, Jeremy, knocked it out of the park by using angled light patterns to produce the ‘E’, which can be used as a stand alone mark.

OUTRIDER

Outrider is a company focused on electric, sustainable, autonomous rigs that move trailers around distribution yards. We built their identity system and helped design the look of their yard tractors.
